1. Presentation and right to information.
This data protection policy governs the access and use of the service of applications and websites owned by TAPTAP NETWORKS (hereinafter TAPTAP), an entity domiciled at Paseo de la Castellana 111, 1st floor, 28046 Madrid (Spain) registered in the Commercial Register of Madrid in Volume 27,806, sheet 55, page M-501,109, section 8, entry 1, and holder of CIF No. B – 85914182.
2. Processing of personal information and purpose of their handling.
In conformity with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature (hereinafter LOPD) and its implementing regulations, we inform you that the personal information that you provide to us will be included and processed in files held by TAPTAP, duly registered in the General Register of the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, with the purpose of being able to provide and offer our services to you, related to advertising activity and online and/or mobile marketing.
Likewise, we inform you that the personal information you provide in the contact form will be used to send you Newsletters and commercial and promotional information related to TAPTAP services by post, telephone, email, SMS/MMS or other equivalent means of electronic communication, under the protection of the provisions of the LOPD, Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Services for the Information Society and Electronic Commerce and Law 32/2003 of 3 November, General Law on Telecommunications.

3. Data of a non-personal nature.
TAPTAP may also perform the collection of data of a non-personal nature, meaning data in a format that makes it impossible for the data to be identified with a specific person.
We can collect, handle, transfer and disclose data of a non-personal nature for any purposes. This refers to information such as gender, age, profession, language, postcode, area code, Unique Device Identifier (UDID), location and time zone from which a TAPTAP application is used or a TAPTAP website is accessed, in order to gain further knowledge about the behaviour of our customers and improve our products and services.
If we combine non-personal data with personal data, the combined data shall be treated as personal information for as long as these remain combined.
4. Mandatory or optional nature of the information provided by the User and truthfulness of the information.
The User guarantees that the personal information provided is truthful and agrees to notify TAPTAP of any changes in it.
The user shall be responsible, in any case, for the truthfulness of the information provided. TAPTAP reserves the right to exclude any User who has provided untruthful information from the services registered, without prejudice to other actions specified by Law.
To provide some of our services, we will use geolocation data from users. Therefore, in some cases, we may collect, use and share precise data about locations, included the real-time geographical location of the computer or mobile device used to access the service. Said location information is gathered anonymously so that it cannot be used to personally identify you and is used by TAPTAP to supply and improve its location-based products and services. 5. Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition.
We inform you that you may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or through a letter sent to TAPTAP at Paseo de la Castellana 111, 1ª, 28046 Madrid (Spain) attaching a copy of your National ID Document.

TAPTAP maintains a level of protection of personal data in conformity with the LOPD and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, approving the regulations for the implementation of the LOPD containing information of a personal nature and has established all the technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized access and theft of the data provided by the user through the Website or application, without prejudice of informing the User that security measures on the Internet or mobile devices are not impossible to circumvent.
TAPTAP agrees to complying with the duty of secrecy and confidentiality regarding the personal information contained in the automatic file according to applicable legislation, as well as to provide secure handling during any transfer that may eventually take place.

TAPTAP websites or applications may contain links to web pages owned by third-party companies and entities.
